Evrytime i downlaod a programe it doesent let me i click save to my desktop then when its done its just this white paper and i click open and nothing happens plzz someone help me if you can post underneeth and if you can go on teamviewer with me thanx

every time i open the contents a profile section it says not responding then close program and it never resolves the problem??
