The new rules of the rep system are as follows;

1 - You can only give up to 100 rep at a time.
2 - You have to wait 10 minutes after you give rep before you may give rep again. (Apart from Admins or Mods)
3 - You may not rep the same person rep in a row, instead you must rep someone else before you can rep the first person again.

I hope that this clears up the confusion surrounding the new rep system. 8)
If there is anymore issues with the rep system post them below and i will add it to this post.

Other Rules:

Reputation points are used to reward users for good posts and discourage people from posting spam. It is in no way to be used as a weapon against someone. It is also, not to be hoarded, wether the post helped you, taught you something new, or in general agree with the poster, than share the love.
