I got in a challenge lobby but was level 1 so I didn't level up at all in the lobby but it still say new next to create a class so I'm wondering do I have all the attachments and camos for the guns I didn't unlock

Some of the new patches don't level you up.

Ok but if I was level 1 would I have like perhaps fall camo on the m4a1 when I unlock it?

Yeah. The challenge lobbies now should level you up, but there are a few who don't.
