Get XeX menu on to a flash drive Set up Dvar's all of them in this order 5 6 7 8 9 2 1 4 6 8
Start up xbox plug in usb as soon as it starts turn on kinect then it should say file error 6789 take out USB and then Xbox will turn off then turn it on manually then it will say file's encrypted start Kinect select yes should take you back to dashboard then there will be Xex Menu "Kinect" and there!!

you forgot the part where u shove your penice in xbox, heat from the penice heats solder which is a big part of the jtag.
