It has to be kinda cheap, but still a decent desktop

I also would recommend building a pc.
You'll save 100's of $ and turn out with a better pc.

I'd look at a custom build, they are cheap and cheerful.
I have a custom and loved it since I got it, nothings wrong, nothings bad, everythings good.

Get an asus, i have an asus, windows 7 3.20 ghz processor 6 gb of ram i5 quad core, it came with a monitor and a printer all togethor was 700
