I can do it for you in like, 5 mins. And you don't need the other persons HDD. It's called recover, then set on live, then wait. Then have other person recover.

Sure lets do that, so when you have all his details you have his account and then he recovers his account it wont work and it wont be modded as modding creates a new profile that you CANT recover.

TO THE ORIGINAL POSTER

If you have done it now can you post that and ask this to be closed, And if not I just thought of a new way i could do for you, I could recover your account mod it, then post the modded profiles created in to a ZIP file and post it on a file host. You would still have to put it on to a USB or whatever but it means you dont need to modd it.

If you are interested message me, so we can organize your password and email, and what 10GT's you want me to make and then the filehost i will use.
