Hey guys....
i recently sawa post on here saying something along the lines of " make me a xbl account and ill give u a 10th lobbie "
the guy who said this showed a video proof that he can do lobbies ect...
Well any way i made him th eaccount and now he aint replying to my messages and he has deleted me off xbl and changedthe pw on the email account....
Is there anything i maybe able todo about this?????

You officially got scammed. All you can pretty much do is report him with proof.
