I highly doubt any1 would host a LEGIT free 10th lobby.

Not true. I got into 2 free lobbies yesterday, i was rank 1000 on the leaderboards for score/wins/kills. The 2nd lobby i got into put me way down, they had kills/wins/score set to 9999. So now i have a 0.00 Kd ratio. haha! its gay. But i dont think anyone will host one specifically just for you. Just search around and be patient.
