My moms credit card is on my Xbox, but with the recent PSN deal she wants it off. I tried taking it off on my Xbox; can't. Tried on Xbox.com; can't.

Why is this? How do I remove it?

This is EXTREMELY easy. Just edit your account then delete the credit card info. Wow. +Rep me to get me started Please. Hope this works.

i heard if you go to the zune market, you can go to the settings and wipe your credit info off

i would just see if they have a website support system.. i would think u could remove and also tell yur mom microsoft is protected.
