There is no specific time but JD_2020 said it was going to be released early AM for PST (Time zone I'm in) hopefully he means 12AM-2AM because if it's submitted before 2AM PST then it will be on the marketplace when it gets updated at 2AM it is 2AM PST in an hour and a half ;P

Btw need someone to play with for when it comes out?

No it's 12:39 AM for me ;P but I'm out of high school and don't start college for a while so no school so I'm staying up till it's released and well still if you ever need someone to play with I will ;P
