You Dont You Need The New Thunder gun I think PAP and turn him human.. every now and then take him into water to "cool him off"

use the random box till you get the V-11 (says that on the gun) then shoot him with it and he will turn human and help you

well its simple you gotta do hella damage to him (semtex, ray gun, ect.)
