All four of the old characters are on the map locked behind separate doors. YOu can hear them call out when you walk past the doors.

There were two places I heard this. One was behind a big door like you said and the other was by the flare at the bottom of the ship? Idk how to explain the map, i haven't covered it all yet. I think the flare part was just a radio. Got the song, got the power turned on :/ haven't gotten a perk yet. High round of 9 lmao
