I think this still works:

1. go to a private match with a friend
2. change it to search and destroy
3. switch the lobby to combat training and back out really fast.
4. your friend should now be in a combat training snd lobby.

....if you want unlimited lives...

5. go back into a private match
6. set it to snd and go to the lives and health settings
7. then have your friend invite you to the combat training snd
8. have him back out.
9. The lives and health options should still be up and you should be host of the combat training snd
10. change the settings and press b and it should work when you start the game.

It comes on as search and destroy but you only get the same points as a team deathmatch after a bit
