This is not proof that you got banned for playing the beta. This is proof you got suspended. For what we have no idea, you could have had some dumb stuff on your bio or motto. How about you go to the forums on xbox.com, they have an entire forum dedicated to answering why people got banned.They will reply to you within a couple of days. Post that link and then I will believe you.

The Gears of War 3 Beta USB is the exact same as the normal one. Unpack it yourself, their is no unique signature, the strings are exactly the same. There is NO WAY Epic can know you did not buy Gears 3, literally no way.

It's suprising how people think they can get banned in the first place, every single post that says "will I get banned" - "I got banned!" makes me laugh ridiculously hard.

Here. Take the Gears of War 3 Beta file and take one from somebody who has got it legitly through Bulletstorm. You can do it in two ways, Hex Editor or Unpack it with something like OlyDbg.

You'll notice in either case both the strings are the same, you can do a memory dump in Olly Debugger of both clients and do a text-to memory comparison and you'll notice both examples have no differentials at all.

Take it from someone who has been doing memory modification for a long time, no one has or will ever be banned from the Gears 3 Beta.
