1) Go to start>run and type in cmd
2) Type in "ping _______________ (The Website's URL)
3) Wait a few moments and the IP should pop up onto the screen
PS-I dont know what anyone would use this for, i just thought it was pretty cool.

or you can type in
tracert www.thetechgame.com (or whatever website) and it'll tell you more things about the site ;D

Ive seen that somewhere, also if you just google it there is a website that will usually tell you also.
