No, you won't get banned. Look at the leaderboards for MW2. How many people do you see as you go through that list are 11th prestige. The ones you see have been there FOREVER!!! The chances of you getting banned are slim to none. All the people that got banned most likely got banned for something else. Also, the game has been out for a while, I think they're more focused on MW3, than some 2009 game. People, think before you start posting random things like "YES YOU WILL GET CONSOLE BANNED!!@!"

idk if you would cuz there are thousands of modders on MW2 and i think you would need a jtag to get banned. but idk
