i dont think so but theres always a chance you could but ive been in a few with dummy accounts and not been banned

How High are your leaderboards, and stuff like that, i havent been banned yet im 9th with everything on mw2 and 11th with everything on Cod4 also im 11th on Cod5 with everything Too

dont think so as you would only get banned if you have been in a modded lobby and people report you. Then a microsoft person will most likly look at your account but if it was done a while ago then most probz no mate
