HOW TO FIX 3 RED RINGS WITHOUT OPENING XBOXPosted:

(only works if your xbox has fans which im sure most do )
Not sure if this has already been posted but all you need is
your xbox obviously
some cotton buds
all you have to do is place the cotton buds in the back of you xbox in the little holes anywhere were the fans are to stop them working then leave them in and watch your xbox for 5 mins or so until it will change to 2 red rings then turn of your xbox and unplug the power brick and av cables then leave your xbox for 30 mins or so to cool down then your xbox is fixed !

dude all xboxs have fans and it does work some times
this fixed my 2 xboxs and a friends so i doubt this is luck so id say it works all the time ;)
