its not a console ban because you can still use your xbox for other accout you just cant use you account becuase its perma banned.. and wow now you need to buy xbox live and microsoft points for the mapss.. that suckss

what i do is redeem the msps
my friend recovers account he buys maps on his HD i recover my account after hes done. we legally bought them soo yeah
