I don't think the Golden Rod is a pickup item like the film reels ro fuses. i think that when you get the VR-11 you take it to the GOLDEN pack a punch location, and PaP it and take it back, it has finger like designs on it. if anyone can get to this step then please get a VR-11 and PaP it and take it down to richtofen and knife the door to trigure voice
