Well I Keep Getting Disc Unreadable On My Jtag When I Try To Load Default_mp.xex ?

I Only Just Started Getting This For Some Reason ?

Well If You Can Help Me And Sort The Problem I Will +Rep !

if it is because the disk is scratched then the best thing to do is to rub toothpaste into the disk and leave for 10mins then wash it off that works.

if it because of the jtag then you need to remove the disk turn it off clean the disk try it in any other xbox's you have then try to reload your jtag

I think I read somewhere that if you LICK the disc (sounds stupid) but everyone said it worked on that forum, it works. Give it a go, you have nothing to lose.

dodgy default or scratched disk when installed try different xex and disc

Most likely nothing to do with the patch. Try re copying your files. You get that error when the file is unreadable. So unless the person that made the patch f*** up really bad you wouldn't get that error.

Try re burning the disc
