does anyone know the specs of the screws you are supposed to use I have 2 xboxs that need the xclamp mod I already have one that I have done but I don't want to take it apart just to get a screw and nylon washer out. I hate cleaning the thermal compound off even though I found a new easier way of doing it after doing it 4 times. use some degreaser and then use rubbing alcohol to get off the residue

You can send it to microsoft to be repaired
or you can wrap towels round it (I do not recomend this option as it might screw up your warranty!)
