what are the 3 numbers found so far? and if we have 3 why not just try each number on the blue dial to get the fourth instead of looking for the final piece which might not even be there

well i think its to do with these pieces of paper, so you would have to turn Purple to 6, Blue to ??, Orange to 7 and Yellow to 2. Once some one finds this blue piece of paper we can try this theory. This could even be a further step after the golden rod but its all i can find for now

My guess for the glowing light in the air is shoot it with the scavenger. The vid that had it complete, dude had his scavenger out

Also trying to enter these on to the dials was a ball ache as one dial changes when you alter another, couldn't figure out how to get it right

Just been playing this and managed to enter the dials you have there in the correct order.

It left the Blue Dial as Number 5.

Dunno if this will help any but just thought I would let you know.
