This might help some people i do not take no credit all credit goes to willy 2486
1. Locate the bunker door where they are inside. The bunker door is downstairs in the first floor of the first building that you encounter when going the route of the cave.
2.You will hear them talk and they will tell you to find a fuse. The fuse is upstairs either on
the desk with three batteries
on the desk near PHD Flopper
on the floor leaning on a cabinet next to the entrance of the whole building.
Put that into the hole and they will talk more.
3. They will send you on a mission to destroy four nodes that had a red light. These are really hard to miss but are scattered throughout the map. You choose whichever you want to do first. The nodes cannot be damaged unless you use explosives (i.e. frag grenades, The Scavenger).
The first node is behind the lighthouse in the building with Stamin-Up. It's to the left of Stamin-Up behind the window. Cook the frag grenade and throw it. It should lose its red power.
The second node is in the middle of the level. The best way to reach this one is to go on the ship in the back, jump down the left side of the boat (the side that is facing the ocean), then the node should be in your face. Toss the grenade and move on to the third and final one.
The last one is in front of the first boat. This one can be tricky. Go to the side of the ship, but don't pay the 1000 points to open the front section. Toss the grenade at an estimated 30 degree angle with a cooked time of 3 seconds.
The final one is in front of the bunker door where you started. Just cook the grenade just slightly past 4 seconds, toss it and hide behind the wall.
4. Dr. Richtofen will tell you that he wants to send you on a "secret" mission. He wants you to retrieve his golden staff with "fingers" on the end of it.
This part is tricky because most people usually get lost here. This time you will get annoyed by a blinking light in the sky which has nothing to do with this next part (unless it's subliminal)
First thing to do here is to go to the ship that you activated the power on. In the same room, there will be three levers and a wheel with a brown handle. Pull the left lever ONCE, and the third lever THREE times. Then turn the wheel so that the brown handle is pointing DOWN.
The annoying light should go away and then a submarine should pop up and point a green light at the lighthouse.
This is where the V-R11 comes into play. The green light acts like a beam so that the "humans" float upwards. You will need to sacrifice about 5 or 6. I didn't count. The golden staff pops up at the bottom of the lighthouse where the green light disappears.
Right about now you should be heading back to the bunker where after you send the staff through the tube (which is right next to the bunker door and it's clear), you will hear more talking and you should hear a teleporter go off. Sadly, the crew doesn't leave the room to help you. They don't leave either. And your achievement should pop up! Congratulations.
The co-op missions are the same of solo except that after you destroy all the nodes, Nikolai will tell you that he needs vodka. The vodka bottle vary on location every time you play. To find it, just scour every railing on the whole map. The bottle will be frozen in a chunk of ice. One of the players needs to go up and destroy the ice, while the second player is below him, ready to catch the bottle. To capture it, you need to hold X while it's falling.
This is purely typed by me, Willy 2486, and used by you, the community. I didn't watch any videos to figure out any of the stuff posted above. I only read in the forums about the levers in the room with the power. That is it.

I dont think that information is correct. I turned the brown handle to the down right position and shot the vr-11 then the scavenger.
