you need to do evrything at that door but i think evryone is stuck at the golden rod

Just pack a punch the Vr-11 and while he is in the water shoot him once or twice and he goes into the lake. You are rewarded a new perk and the death machine. He will come back in like two rounds and thats why you just shoot him again, and he will go back to the hole he came from. It gives you the achievement when he goes down the first time : D
