Programs-WinRar, Modio, Profile editor (I prefer the 2.0 version, but there is a profile editor 2.5 cracked), I assume you're using a USB? if so USB xtaf (or USB explorer, w/e)

Step 1: Plug in your USB to 360 and goto Memory in System settings and select USB and click configure, once done move the profile your modding onto the USB(it's easier if you only move one profile to the USB at a time). now sign out and unplug your ethernet cable(for later reasons).

Step 2: Plug in USB to your computer, exit out of all autoplay features and start the USB xtaf(explorer) application, click File-Open Device, click into Content and there should only be one folder with some F's keep clicking into it until you reach the end. Select it and extract into a folder you've made specifically for it, you may want to copy and paste a backup just in case something goes wrong(this file is your profile). minimize usb xtaf.

Step 3: Open modio, drag the file you extracted into modio and your profile should come up, if so then you've done things right, exit out and open Profile Editor. In PE Open your account's file and all of your games should come up on the left, click on the games you want achievements in and then click unlock all(Offline) at the bottom right. Don't click the unlock all offline button if the game has online achievements, if you really want those online ones you have to edit your last date played at the top left and save and edit the time you unlocked it at the bottom right after clicking the online bubble to correspond with the last date played.

Step 4: After you're done editing your profile press save. open your profile again in modio and click Rehash and Resign at the bottom right of the box a couple of times then exit out. now bring back up USB xtaf, you should be looking at the file you extracted earlier (your profile) select it and click delete, then click inject and find the file you just saved from profile editor and inject it and wait a little while to make sure your profile is saved onto the usb mine takes roughly 30-40 secs to save if i do alot of games.

Step 5: Unplug USB and plug it back into your xbox, don't sign in, move your profile back into your hard drive and sign in offline(your ethernet cable should still be unplugged) and just wait for awhile for the achievements to start registering, again roughly 30-40 secs. now plug in your ethernet cable and sign in online. Ta-Da!

Warning: I suggest only do this to single player games, unlocking alot of online achievements will attract attention to your profile, and especially if you unlock online achievements offline. If you need to reach me for more questions, I'm online all day every day gamertag: VHbug
