Using NICKYER patch
1. Join session
2. Back out and go to split screen
3. Start split screen
4. Press the back button
DpadUP is Chrome
DpadRIGHT is Promod
DpadDOWN is Cartoon
DpadLEFT is Increase Timescale
Press "Back" to get 24/7 radar at the start of each game
5. Back out and go online
