When I click on the "pay 25$" link it asks me am I prestiging, is that questioning me if I want to prestige? And if I do get invited to a lobby do I just get the prestiging?

Well don't click pay 25$ now, it's not lobby time and won't let you pay, he'll start taking payments perhaps 20-40 minutes before lobby time (For lobby times check the clock and hosting schedule on first post). Now for prestiging it's asking you if you want to, if you do you'll go in and get a few kills to get to 70 then leave and prestige and he'll invite you back in, but he will only re-invite you if you click "Yes" on prestiging and if you do need to prestige.

will he keep re-inviting until 10th prestige? And do you get anything else besides prestige or do you have to pay more for it?

He'll keep inviting you till your at 10th prestige or at w/e prestige you want to stop at, and you'll get everything he listed on the first post. In my opinion his lobby is the best and worth the 25$. Hope you'll enjoy
