Also there have been reports of people getting their XBL accounts suspended for AFK/AFC Boosting.

why to people find it so great to post there life stories and what ever no 1 cares if u get banned to be honest. Simple answer ever risk it and mod it or do it legit as in everything in life. Only person u have to blame is ur self for doing it in first place. So people stop posting these stupid questions all the time mst see like at least 3 aday on this subject and it getting annoying. With any type of mod u can get banned or what ever there doing but the likely hood in no inless its a serious game like black ops is very unlikely inless fond out doing it end of discussion.

That was posted 2 months ago, I am pretty sure no one has been banned, and they don't care anymore.
