u said u had red ring unplung everycord and wait 24hours and plung it back in may work i have a jtag it happend to mine once what kind do u have it happend to my XENON
the way i fixed mine was i opend up the console and i reset the motherboared with a xenon and it worked u probely booted up a invalid patch thats the onley way it would do that or a kv but u werent online so yeah

Reset the motherboard with a xenon??? What in the **** are you talking about?

Also, why did you list your paypal, you didn't provide any help at all, let alone do something to try and get $100-150 out of someone...

As jtaglol said, remove HDD. If it is a patch related error as he said, then voila...should give you the results you are looking for.

If it is BGA related or NAND related, unless you know what you are doing, you are going to have to send it off for repair mate.
