If you want to make it even more official then just tell how you done it. That way others can do it and will know for sure the video is legit and not edited, like some ppl think. It's not like it's something that helps ppl out in gameplay. It's just a glitch, not even that important of a one. But for sure a pretty neat one.

I believe you are a phony. You can easily edit game titles and desciption and such if you are
Trying to access hidden stuff and trying to work gpd.

Its obvious why else would it load CotD when you select to play it duh

And for the picture it probably uses the title name of the map, since there is no such thing as "Coast" there is no picture
