in the easter egg room go upstairs it can only be to your left on the table to your right behind the file cab, or strait on the table next to dr. flopper

look along all the walls up stairs and down... mostly in corners +rep cuz im 100% right

just go back to the door downstairs and make sure there done talking, go back up by the phd flopper & it should be on either table in the room

Its definately not in that room at all.. even bought flopper on accident tryin to find it in there... this sucks... is there no other rooms?

just restart make sure you hit the door then wait like 1 min and it should be upstairs. ive heard of it not showing up tho just restart and look again
