I got a Dazzle capture card (DVC100) and when i go to Import it says "Failed to get video from device" and i got the capture card plugged in my laptop and xbox. Can someone just help me with this problem [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

click capture. i have the same thing and i just click capture and it works... if not try to reinstall

i would suggest using a different USB port on your computer, and also make sure the drivers are installed properly
