well there actually changing the self defense atleast they are in ohio if two people get into a fight they both get into trouble now it dont matter who threw the first punch but it might be different where you live who knows but good luck in court

It was self defence, he started on you. As long as you used force that can be justified. Or not excessive force then its not your fault. If anything you could do a counter suit for assault. He will drop the charges, he has no case. Anyway, I wish you good luck.

It is %100 his fault xD. He started swearing, pushing you, punched you, you simply just fought back, self defence. You should tell his mother that. He started the trouble, he started to hit you.


LOL, i %100 agree with the guy who said do a counter suite for assault. He knows he hit you, and they will probably drop their suite.
