You are hearing nothing but rumors. Nothing has been confirmed yet regarding this game, so don't go jumping to conclusions. In addition, I think you are hearing the term "True Skill" from the GAYLO crowd

i can almost guaruntee that, even if 'true skill' is confirmed as real, someone will find a way to hack a 10th lobby id put money on it...

it sounds like this "true skill" is some sort of modding/hacking group... just basing this off the comments posted before..

nothing for this game has been confirmed anything you hear on the internet about cod 7 is probably bullshit
