every round shoot him with a vr 11 upgraded

Upgraded scavenger and ray gun with double tap and staminup.

Get the upgraded V-11 I think thats what its called. And shoot him a few times with it .

this tactic works best for me, i did it in about 2-3 tries,
Do this SOLO, because when you have more than 1 player it raises his health to ridiculous levels,
start the game and make sure the random weapons chest it IN FRONT of the lighthouse, if it isnt then i strongly urge that you reset the level and keep doing so till it is,
once it is in front then play round 1 by shooting 3 shots into each zombie and then knife for maximum points, DONT buy any guns also repair windows when possible.
On round 2 put 5 shots into each zombie then knife, once you run out of ammo then just keep knifing, try to keep a crawler for the end of round 2, by now you should have enough points to open the boat and go to the front of the light house and buy a random weapon, hopefully you get either the ray gun or scavenger, if you dont then try and hold off for another round and keep trying for one of those weapons. If you still haven gotten either of them by round 6 then you should reset and try again,
If at the end of round 2 you manage to get the ray gun or scavenger then immediately run back to the spawn area where George spawned, run over to the revive machine and shoot him from there, he should walk through the water to you and just keep shooting him. Then when he gets close just run a circle around him and when he's on land shoot him to make him angry then run back over to the revive machine and repeat, he takes more than a full ray gun of ammo, He took all 180 some shot and more, now if youve run out of ray gun ammo hopefully you get lucky and get a max ammo, if you do then you will for sure kill him with the rest of your ray gun. But if you dont get one then keep trying your luck at the random box and you might get the scavenger or vice versa when you have one of those 2 weapons then go back to the spawn and repeat the process, this did work for me very easily! but it take quite a long time!

Shoot the shi* out of him with the upgraded scavenger. Shoot him with any death machine you get. In solo 3 death machine should be enough to "kill" him. And co-op it's like 2-3 death machine plus two full upgraded scavengers. Our you could just shoot him with millions of bullets...It'll eventually work.
