Hi guys some idiot on se7ensins made a perminant black screen infection and i got it. I got rid of part of it by going onto brightness setting and going first all the way to the left then all the way to the right. I also read something about changing the gamma codes back to either 1 or 2 depending on your tv settings. However on my xbox its back to normal brightness but its like theres a layer of fog ontop of the screen making it harder to see. If anyone knows how to change the gamma coding, what to do to get it back to normal or if you toO have the same problem then comment. Thanks.

Right a guys just helped me with it what you gotta do is you go to my-xbox> dashboard> system- settings> memory> hover over hard-drive and click-y
then go down to clear system cache> click a and then yes> go back onto mw2> there will be an update> install it> then go onto private match> go onto the start menu and go down to brigthness> when on it keep on going right until you can see things normally. There you have it, fixed. Remember to give me rep +++
