Hi,
Xell Tutorial:
1. Format your USB Flash Drive to FAT32.
2. Put your updflash.bin on the Root(Root means no folders like you go to My Computer, your flash drive, then drag your updflash.bin in it) of your USB Flash Drive.
3. Plug your USB Flash Drive in your JTAG.
4. Unplug all cable's.
5. Wait 30 second's.
6. Plug all cable's back in.
7. Press the EJECT button so it boot's into Xell.
8. Wait for it to detect your USB and update.
9. When it updated, powercycle your JTAG (Powercycle mean's unplug all cable's, wait for 1 minute, plug all cable's back in, turn it on.)
