This happened to my Xbox also.
It happened last week to be exact.

It is the Disc Tray Laser that is burning out.
You will need to send it into Microsoft if you haven't voided the warranty yet.
Or if you don't want to do that, you can send it into somebody on the Site (Trusted Seller)
ORRRRR.
If you don't want to do that either, you can buy a new Disc Tray that is suitable with your Xbox 360. Might be able to find one of Ebay or maybe on here.

just try to open tray, then using your hands, close the tray as fast as you can, it worked for me when my xbox was like that

Do you mean press the button and then while its opening forcefully push it back in? That kind of seems like it could do more bad than good
