Graphics card NVIDIA Geforce 6150 integrated graphics
- 256 MB shared memory
Hard drive 500GB SATA 7200rpm
I Just wondered if this PC could run games such as COD, Minecraft and TF2 On mid-high settings.

Probably not.
Considering it is integrated and is only 256mb.
Maybe minecraft on medium, but nothing else.

I'd say buy a used video card from a store, take it in and ask if they will help you install it. Or ask a friend. Or find a tutorial.
