Well I have a couple...
Just fell down my stairs on bottom step... Hit head against wall, knee against corner of a wall, and then hand hit ground at awkward angle...
I was trying to get over a fence but I ran up to get on it but when I put my foot on the board to boost my self up, but I went through the fence completely... At least I was on the other side!
Lets hear about some of your most embarrassing moments! I bet many people would like to hear about them! ;)

When I had a fight at school. and the next day I came back with a knife and finished the kid off.

I was getting out of that ride with the karts at disney world at orlando florida.
While I was getting out, I hit my head against the sign right in front of where you can leave the ride. My head had a bump on it for the rest of the day.

i was at a local water park i fell out of the water slide and landed in the giant bowl they had and i mooned the people and another tube came and hit me what a day...
