can anyone please help whan i load up black ops it says

Error the call of duty black ops server is not available at the momant please try again later or visit [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] for updates.

now i tried again and again and its been 2 weeks now and still nothing can anyone post a reply on how to fix this and iv tried the firewall thing but i cant disable it but i really really need some help thanx
