You're going to spend 2K on a computer and you're going with a 5770?

Go with a 6950 or better.

Oh and get a way better heatsink, i recommend a high end noctua cooler.

Okay so im trying to save some money here now,

so i upgraded the parts you said but i was looking at the differences in the i7 Cores and i really don't need the extreme on so i was wondering to i get the normal quad or should i get the six core

And the piece goes from 1,709.00 - 2,029.00 not sure what i should do its right around where i wanna be and i could save a few bucks if i just stick with the normal i7 quad core.
