Do i need to wait a round after I do the captains wheels to do the fog horns. Ive followed the order here many times and cant seem to get it. I even tried doing it alone and with no luck. on this step right now with one other person. can i do it alone or should i do 2 and 4 and have him do 1 and 3

I believe you can do it alone. I don't think it matters how fast you do it, just that it is done in the right order.

Yeah you can do it alone, and if nothing happens it's possible a previous step was messed up.
I assure you this guide is right about everything, and as I said in the first post the easter egg is indeed very glitchy so even if you do something right there's a chance that it won't work.
Glitchy easter egg indeed, it is new of course.

When my post suspension is over on my main account I'll give each of the step numbers a unique title so it's easier to tell what the step is about without having to Un-Hide the step.
