i have recently been searching for a jtag and all i find is like these jtag usb things and i was wondering if those are pretty much jtags and if i got one of those things what i would need to do to use them but here is a link to what im talking about and please comment if you could help i would greatly appreciate it here is the ebay page of them

No..those aren't jtags for xbox and the reason why there aren't any on ebay is because I'm pretty sure it's illegal to sell them or something like tha
