Honestly they are once again nothing with out Osama Bin Laden. Honestly the only way they could ever touch us is if Obama or any extremely powerful government figure in the USA had connections with them. I could see that but highly doubt it. For all we know Obama and the government could be staging this hole thing and may have made a deal with Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban. Like announcing Osama was dead in return for no more chasing of Osama, no more bombs in USA. Ether way it goes im happy cause the Taliban is weaker now even if Osama isnt dead or if he is. If he was dead I could see Taliban already bombing us HARD. Unless they realise that we have nukes also. I believe the Europeans help out the Taliban in creating Nukes and Bombs, because no offence but they dont have the knowledge to create bombs.

A world war between us and Al Quada would result in not weapon/gun warfare being use. It would pretty much be a whos get the most and biggest bombs war.

If this is a serious question, my answer would be either Europe, or USA, because no body really has any scientific knowledge of that extent than those two countries.
