Will i lose my pirated music if i update to 4.3.3?
Its my sisters Ipod Touch 4th generation Ipod thats shes asking my to Jailbreak and i want to be careful

Yes you will lose it considering there is no jailbreak for the 4.3.3 update yet.
Now if you have music from say frostwire and its in ur itunes library you will not lose the music. but if you got it free from the jail break then yes it will go away. the entire jail break will go away

So this jailbreak dosnt work?

There is a jailbreak out for 4.3.3...its untethered
but if you dont back up your music onto your computer.you will lose it all

There is an untethered jailbreak for 4.3.3, check the iPhone/iPod jailbreaking section

There actually is a untethered 4.3.3 for a TuT look at these posts on here but yes you will but is untethered
