all you need to do is follow these steps
you will need a
usb or transther cable
modio/ xport 360/ usbexplorer

you will get your email with download in 30 mins manly off when you sent the email.

steps
step 1 send an email saying want name you want me to mod you with iff you want buttons on it you say x button y button back button ect.
step 2 wait will i mod it.
step 3 you will get an email of me with download for it witch i will upload to midiafire.
step 4 download it.
step 5 put it on your usb under content or use transfer cable and put it were your other acounts are.
step 6 sigh out on xbox.
step 7 go on mw2 and go on multiplayer and sign into the modded acount.
step 8 go on xbox live and sign into your acount you want the name for.
it works on other games
