He is a buyer of mine also and is trying to give me a hard time about shipping first while there is an echeck transaction pending...

He insisted he had no other way of paying instantly so I am waiting it out...

As long as you wait and ship to confirmed Paypal address, you're fine and protected and covered by Paypal if you provide the tracking information,etc...

One kid is spending upwards and possibly over 1k, all payments are sent as an echeck and just keeps buying, while at the same time is trying to get the sellers to ship on out..?
