I have a couple console here i reflowed but for some reason the drives dont open unless consoles laying down.? 1 has 12v fan mod through dvd drive but the other is soldered. plz help

If its old, which I'm guessing it is.
Its just the console, as it has an old CD drive its just worn.

Did you put the drive back in right? Check and see if something is blocking it when it is standing up

Nothings blocking them from opening. idk does any1 think greasing the gears or replacing the belt in them may work? thanks
